Reason No. 1  - NO SUCH PERSON AS DWIGHT D. YORK. 

Dr. Malachi Z. York was arrested and charged as Dwight D. York?

The federal government on May 8, 2002 A.D. executed a search warrant and arrest warrant on 404 Shady Dale Rd., a property that Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York has not owned for over 5 years.  The arrest warrant and search warrant was for someone by the name of "Dwight D. York".  But did they arrest Dwight D. York?

In order to prove a person's identity you must first ask for identification.  Before issuing a search warrant the investigators must give probable cause and the person who is to be arrested must be identified to a magistrate judge in order for a search warrant to be issued.  The FBI falsely identified  Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York on May 8th, 2002 A.D. on the arrest warrant issued at 404 Shady Dale Rd., it clearly stated that the warrant was for "Dwight D. York".  The issue at hand is what you call a "Misnomer" according to the Black Laws Dictionary it means a "mistake in naming a person, place or thing, especially in a legal document."  What this means is that the federal government is not legally prosecuting the right person and that they never properly identified "Dwight D. York" before, during, or after the arrest.  Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York is a respected Citizen and the government knows this to be true, according to the BOND HEARING the Defense asked Ahmadou J Varmah  at the bottom of page 114 did he know that Dwight York change his name to Malachi York in the State of New York and the government did not object, so this is further proof that the government knows Dr. Malachi Z York's name was legally changed to Malachi York, don't believe us read the Bond Hearing.  Why the Name Game?

Dr. Malachi Z. York was born in Sudan, and he states this in many of his books one of the books is called Lets Set The Record Straight and another is called The Ansaar Cult Rebuttal to the Slanderers, here the Facts coming out of The Ansaar Cult on pg. 55

Ques:  When was Dwight D. York born?    Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York was born June 26, 1945.  According to the Macon Telegraph, Dwight D. York was born in 1968, when they printed his age to be 36.  Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York's birth certificate number is 8523 and on this certificate is simply the name "YORK" with out a first name.  The Supreme Court of New York, Sullivan County granted the name change from Isa Al Haadi Al Mahdi to Malachi Z. York on December 27, 1992 this is documented.

How can you charge  Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York with money structuring under the name of Dwight D. York when there are no bank accounts in the name of Dwight D. York?  The money structuring counts was the foundation of this case.
