We are NOT franchised which allow us to focus our resources on the care of our clients and the quality of the caregivers that we hire. We are NOT a staffing agency and we are Pennsylvania State Licensed.
We are seeking to hire caring, compassionate, dedicated and reliable individuals who want to work with our clients in their homes or schools. We have clients of all ages and a variety of needs who live throughout Delaware and Chester counties.
The nature of the work is per-diem so a CritiCare employee is in the driver's seat. Our employees have the flexibility to choose which clients they would like to help based on the employee's availability and our clients' needs. If an employee's work, school or family schedule changes, CritiCare can partner with the employee to assign a new client or shift. Our employees work as little as 2 hours and up to 40 hours per week. Employees are NOT required to travel to our office in Chadds Ford on a weekly basis.
Geriatric/Adult client responsibilities could include: driving a client to doctor's appointments, cooking meals, light house keeping, laundry, companionship and other duties as assigned.
Pediatric clients could require assistance with behavior redirection, assistance with dressing, grooming and monitoring for safety and other duties as assigned.
Excellent references are required.
Must be able to provide:
2-Step PPD or Chest X-ray screening for TB
several types of background checks
